Baked Alaskan Pollock in Wine Recipe Ingredients:- 1½ lb Alaskan Pollock
- 1 cup White Cooking Wine
- 1 Small can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Onion - sliced
- 1 Green Pepper - sliced
|  Time: 1 hour Serves: 4

Baked Alaskan Pollock in Wine Recipe Instructions:Pour 3/4 cup wine over fish and let stand for 30 minutes. Remove fish. Cover with sauce, onion, salt, green pepper and 1/4 cup wine. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Baste with wine.
