Baked Cajun Red Snapper Recipe Ingredients:- 1 Whole Red Snapper - about 3 lb scaled, gutted and rinsed in cold water
- 6 Clove Garlic - crushed
- 4 Whole Green Onion Stalks
- 1 cup Green Onions - chopped, green tops included
- 1 cup Celery - finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- Cajun Seasoning - to taste
- Paprika
- chopped Fresh Parsley - to garnish
|  Time: 1 hour Serves: 6

Baked Cajun Red Snapper Recipe Instructions:Cover Red Snapper completely with Cajun seasoning, then sprinkle with paprika and rub in well.
Sauté green onions and celery in until just tender, then stuff cavity of fish with mixture.
Bake Snapper at 425 F for 45-50 minutes, remove from oven and garnish with whole green onion stalks and parsley.
Serve immediately.
