Baked Cajun Red Snapper Recipe

Baked Cajun Red Snapper Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 Whole Red Snapper - about 3 lb scaled, gutted and rinsed in cold water
  • 6 Clove Garlic - crushed
  • 4 Whole Green Onion Stalks
  • 1 cup Green Onions - chopped, green tops included
  • 1 cup Celery - finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • Cajun Seasoning - to taste
  • Paprika
  • chopped Fresh Parsley - to garnish

Baked Cajun Red Snapper Recipe Instructions:
  • Cover Red Snapper completely with Cajun seasoning, then sprinkle with paprika and rub in well.

  • Sauté green onions and celery in until just tender, then stuff cavity of fish with mixture.

  • Bake Snapper at 425 F for 45-50 minutes, remove from oven and garnish with whole green onion stalks and parsley.

  • Serve immediately.
