Baked Rainbow Trout with Vegetables Recipe

Baked Rainbow Trout with Vegetables Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 Rainbow Trout - about 6oz each
  • 1 Stalk Celery - diced
  • 1 Medium Onion - diced
  • 1 Medium Green Pepper - diced
  • 4 Cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1 can Italian Stewed Tomatoes


Time: 30 min
Serves: 4

Baked Rainbow Trout with Vegetables Recipe Instructions:

  • Remove bones from rainbow trout's and place into a non-reactive dish or pan.
     

  • Cover trout's with sautéed onions, green pepper, celery, garlic and a can of Italian Stewed Tomatoes.
     

  • Cook in oven at 350 degree F for 15 minutes.
