Greek Baked Sardines Recipe

Greek Baked Sardines Recipe Ingredients:
  • 16 Fresh Sardines
  • Lemon Juice
  • Olive Oil
  • chopped Oregano
  • Salt


Time: 10 min
Serves: 4

Greek Baked Sardines Recipe Instructions:

  • Put sardines in a shallow dish and moisten with lemon juice and olive oil
     

  • Add chopped oregano and salt to your taste.
     

  • Bake at 400°F / 200°C for 5 minutes, basting once.
