Simple Recipe on Baked Fish Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Halibut Fillets
- 1/4 Green Cabbage, cut in long thin strips
- 1/4 cup chopped Cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped White Onions
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 10 warmed Corn Tortillas
- 1/2 Bunch Cilantro - chopped
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
- Guacamole
- Mild Tomato Salsa

Simple Recipe on Baked Fish Recipe Instructions:Remove the skin from the fish and wash then pat dry. Make the cabbage slaw by mixing the cabbage, cucumber, cilantro and onion. Squeeze the lime juice over and toss well. Season to taste and leave to sit at room temperature for half an hour. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Heat a non-stick oven-proof pan over a medium heat. Pour in the olive oil and add the halibut. Brown the fish on one side then turn it over and place the pan in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flaky. To serve, flake the halibut into a bowl and serve with the warm tortillas, guacamole, salsa and cabbage slaw.
