Whiting Fish Recipe Baked

Whiting Fish Recipe Baked Ingredients:
  • 4 Whiting - cleaned, trimmed
  • 50g Butter
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste
  • 75g Dry White Breadcrumbs
  • Lemon wedges - for garnish


Time: 30 min
Serves: 4

Whiting Fish Recipe Baked Instructions:

  • Use a little of the butter to grease an ovenproof baking dish.
     

  • Melt the remaining butter in a small saucepan. Set the oven at 190°C/375°F/gas 5.
     

  • Brush the whiting all over with melted butter, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
     

  • Place in the prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
