Italian Marinated Catfish Recipe

Italian Marinated Catfish Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 Catfish Fillets
  • Margarine - melted

    Italian Marinade
  • 1 cup Italian Dressing
  • 2½ tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Serves: 4

Italian Marinated Catfish Recipe Instructions:

  • Combine all the marinade ingredients, and marinate the fillets 1-2 hours, turning occasionally.
     

  • Broil the fillets until the fish flakes easily with a fork, being sure to occasionally baste the fillets with marinade and/or melted margarine.
