Lime Broiled Catfish Recipe

Lime Broiled Catfish Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 Catfish Fillets - about 6oz each
  • 1 tablespoon Margarine
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder


Time: 20 min
Serves: 2

Lime Broiled Catfish Recipe Instructions:

  • Melt margarine in a saucepan.


  • Stir in lime juice, pepper and garlic powder; mix well.
     

  • Remove from the heat and set aside.
     

  • Place fillets in a shallow baking dish.
     

  • Brush each generously with lime sauce.
     

  • Broil for 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
     

  • Transfer to a warm serving dish, spoon pan juices over each fillet.
