Pecan-Crusted Catfish Recipe Ingredients:- 4 Catfish Fillets - 150g each
- 4 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Dill
- 1 cup Ground Pecans

Pecan-Crusted Catfish Recipe Instructions:In shallow bowl, combine mustard, milk, and dill. Place pecans in another shallow bowl. Dip fillets in mustard mixture and then in pecans. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
