Sour Cream Baked Catfish Recipe Ingredients:- 6 Catfish Fillets
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Flour
- 1 pint Sour Cream
- 3 tablespoons Olives - stuffed, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Celery Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 tablespoon Dill Weed - fresh
- 1 Lemon Wedges - for garnish
- 1 Parsley - for garnish

Sour Cream Baked Catfish Recipe Instructions:Place cleaned, washed, dried fish in a greased baking dish. Combine mayonnaise and flour; add sour cream, olives, celery salt, paprika, pepper and thyme. Spread sauce over fish. Sprinkle with dill weed. Bake in 350 degree oven about 25 minutes, or until fish flakes when touched with a fork. Apply garnish.
