Southern Catfish Pate Recipe

Southern Catfish Pate Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup Flaked Smoked Catfish
  • 1/2 cup butter - softened
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Lemon Wedges
  • 1  - 8oz package Cream Cheese - softened
  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine
  • 1/2 Clove Garlic - crushed
  • 1 Toast Fingers

Southern Catfish Pate Recipe Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients except toast and lemon wedges in a processor bowl.
     

  • Process until ingredients are mixed well.
     

  • Chill in suitable dishes to set.
     

  • Serve on toast fingers; squeeze lemon wedges over pate.
