Blue Cod Recipe

Blue Cod Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Blue Cod Fillets
  • 1 dozen Oysters and Juice
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Corn-flour
  • Salt and Pepper


Time: 25 min
Serves: 4

Blue Cod Recipe Instructions:

  • Cut fish into cubes & poach in oyster juice to which a little water is added.
     

  • Remove to a warm serving dish. Add cream to the broth & season with salt & pepper.
     

  • Mix cornflour to a paste with milk & use it to thicken the sauce.
     

  • Add roughly chopped oysters & cook a further 2 mins.
     

  • Pour over blue cod & garnish with chopped parsley, chives or dill.

  • Remember to only add a little salt to fish dishes
  • If required, serve with your choice of sauce
