Cod Fillet Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Cod Fillets
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pinch of Paprika
|  Time: 20 min Serves: 4

Cod Fillet Recipe Instructions:Arrange fillets in shallow 1 1/2-quart oval microwave safe casserole or glass pie plate. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with butter, lemon Juice, pepper, salt, paprika. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily and is opaque. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
