Cod Recipe

Cod Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 Fresh Cod Steaks
  • 1 Lemon
  • Butter
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Fresh Basil


Time: 30 min
Serves: 2

Cod Recipe Instructions:

  • Wash cod steaks.
     

  • Line a baking dish with foil.
     

  • Place a few slices of butter on top of the cod.
     

  • Squeeze lemon, salt, pepper, and place a few basil leaves on the fish.
     

  • Cover with foil and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.

  • Remember to only add a little salt to fish dishes
  • If required, serve with your choice of sauce
