Recipe Cod Fillet

Recipe Cod Fillet Ingredients:
  • 4 Cod Fillets
  • 4 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Orange - sliced
  • 1 Tomato - sliced
  • 1 Onion - sliced into rings
  • 1 cup Mushrooms - sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Dry White Wine
  • 1 Lemon cut into wedges - for garnish


Time: 40 min
Serves: 4

Recipe Cod Fillet Instructions:

  • Place fish into a dry glass baking dish. Squeeze lemon juice over fish.
     

  • Arrange alternate slices of oranges and tomatoes over top of fish, and then spread onion rings on top again.
     

  • Arrange remainder of onions and the mushrooms around the sides of fish.
     

  • Sprinkle seasonings over fish and surroundings. Sprinkle wine over all ingredients.
     

  • Cook in an ordinary moderate oven for about 30 minutes.
     

  • Serve with lemon wedges.
