Recipe for Cod |
Recipe for Cod Ingredients:- 12oz Cod Fillet - about 1 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 teaspoons Clarified Butter
- 1/2 cup Plain Bread Crumbs
- 2 Dashes Paprika - mix this with the bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped - also mix this with the bread crumbs
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 1/2 Lemon - cut into wedges
|  Time: 15 min Serves: 1

Recipe for Cod Instructions:Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Dip Cod in oil and then in bread crumbs on the cut side, not the skin side. Place on a baking pan, drizzle with 2 teaspoons clarified butter and sprinkle with salt. Bake until golden, about 8 minutes. Place on plate with the pan juices, and lemon wedges to garnish and serve.
