Crayfish Creamy Wine Sauce Recipe Ingredients:- 8 Stalks Spring Onion - finely chopped
- 125ml Dry White Wine
- 1 tablespoon Sherry Vinegar
- 250ml Cream
- 125g Unsalted Butter - chilled and cut into small cubes
- Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Crayfish Creamy Wine Sauce Recipe Instructions:Mix onions, wine and vinegar and boil uncovered until reduced by half. Add the cream and cook, stirring until sauce thickens. Remove from the heat and whisk butter, piece by piece, into the sauce. Make sure each piece is dissolved before adding the next. Season to taste. Serve with crayfish.
