Best Grilled Swordfish Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Swordfish Fillets - boned and cut into 1" pieces
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Catsup
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley - chopped
- 1 Small Garlic Clove - chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano - crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Rice - for 2 - 3 people

Best Grilled Swordfish Recipe Instructions:Arrange swordfish in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Pour over fish, turning to coat well. Let stand at room temperature, turning once, for 30 minutes. Preheat barbecue grill. Grill fish 4 inches from heat source for 8 minutes. Baste with sauce, turn, and continue cooking until fish flakes easily with a fork -- about 7 to 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
