Recipe for Grilled Red Snapper Fillet

Recipe for Grilled Red Snapper Fillet Ingredients:
  • 8 Red Snapper Fillets - about 8oz each and 1-inch thick
  • 2 Onions - chopped
  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • Juice from Lemons
  • 2 Cloves Garlic - minced
  • 3 tablespoons Spicy Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste


Time: 30 min
Serves: 8

Recipe for Grilled Red Snapper Fillet Instructions:

  • Melt butter in a sauce pan.
     

  • Add onions and sauté until clear, add garlic, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
     

  • Place the red snapper fillets on grill turning them frequently while brushing liberally with sauce.
     

  • Fish is done when inner most area is white and flaky.
