- 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil

- Ground Pepper - to taste

| Recipe Grilled Salmon Instructions:Cut the salmon fillet into similarly sized pieces, as per the number of servings required, then put them in a resalable plastic bag. Add the honey and soy sauce, then mix well. Let marinate 2 hours in the refrigerator. Place the fish on an oiled, hot grill, then cook 8 to 10 min, depending on thickness of the fillet pieces, turning them once. It is important to check with a fork to see if the fish is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper, then serve on the warmed plates.
