Baked Haddock Casserole Recipe Ingredients:- 2 lb Haddocks Fillets
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Butter - melted
- 4 slices Cheese
- 1 Stack Ritz Crackers - crushed
- 1/4 cup melted Butter

Baked Haddock Casserole Recipe Instructions:Mix together stack Ritz crackers, crushed 1/4 cup melted butter. Cut fish into serving pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix lemon juice with melted butter and dip fish in butter mixture. Place in greased baking pan, pour remaining butter mixture over fish. Tear cheese into small pieces and put over fish. Put cracker crumb mixture over fish and bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes.
