Baked Haddock Recipe

Baked Haddock Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 Haddock Fillets
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Thyme
  • 1/4 cup melted Butter


Time: 25 min
Serves: 4

Baked Haddock Recipe Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 500.
     

  • In a small bowl mix milk and salt.
     

  • In separate bowl mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and thyme.
     

  • Dip haddock in milk, press crumb mix into fillets to coat.
     

  • Place fillets in a glass baking dish, drizzle with melted butter.
     

  • Bake top rack for 15 minutes.
