Broiled Haddock Recipe Ingredients:- 1½ lb Haddock Fillets
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 3/4 cup Soft Fresh Bread Cubes
- 3 tablespoons Butter - melted, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme - crumbled
- Lemon Wedges - for garnish
- chopped Parsley - for garnish
|  Time: 35 min Serves: 4 - 6

Broiled Haddock Recipe Instructions:Sprinkle both sides of haddock with salt and pepper. Place in a shallow buttered baking dish or on a buttered broiler rack. Toss bread cubes with 2 tablespoons of the butter and the dried thyme. Sprinkle over fish then drizzle with remaining butter. Place under broiler at 400° and broil for 25 minutes, or until fish is flaky and topping is browned. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with parsley.
