| Cajun Haddock Recipe | Cajun Haddock Recipe Ingredients:- 4 Haddock Fillets - about 8oz each and at least 1" thick
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed Fennel Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

| Cajun Haddock Recipe Instructions:In a small bowl combine salt, oregano, cayenne pepper, paprika, black pepper, fennel seeds and thyme. Sprinkle over 1 side of the fillets and rub in with your fingers. Preheat oven to 400ºF. In a large oven proof skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook the fillets, spice side down, until browned, about 2 minutes. With large spatula, turn the fillets. Place skillet in the preheated oven and bake until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 5 minutes.
