Recipe Baked Haddock Ingredients:- 4 Haddock Fillets
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Thyme
- 1/4 cup melted Butter
|  Time: 25 min Serves: 4

Recipe Baked Haddock Instructions:Preheat oven to 500. In a small bowl mix milk and salt. In separate bowl mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and thyme. Dip haddock in milk, press crumb mix into fillets to coat. Place fillets in a glass baking dish, drizzle with melted butter. Bake top rack for 15 minutes.
