Recipe for Baked Haddock with Crab Stuffing Ingredients:- 8oz Haddock
- 1 cup imitation Crab
- 15 Ritz Crackers
- 1 cup sliced Onions
- 1 cup chopped Mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Margarine Spray

Recipe for Baked Haddock with Crab Stuffing Instructions:Preheat oven to 375. In a sauté pan, sauté onions, mushroom, garlic and imitation crabmeat. Once onions start to get a light golden color, crumble ritz crackers into the pan and add a half cup margarine spray until texture resembles stuffing. In a shallow baking dish, add some of the stuffing to the bottom. Lay the fish on top and cover with the rest of the stuffing. Drizzle the lemon juice over the top and cook for about 20 minutes or until fish is white and flakey.
