Best Baked Halibut Recipe

Best Baked Halibut Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Halibut Fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Butter - melted
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • Lemon Pepper - to taste


Time: 25 min
Serves: 4

Best Baked Halibut Recipe Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375° F.
     

  • Spray a non-stick baking sheet with cooking spray.
     

  • Combine butter and lemon juice in a small bowl.
     

  • Mix dill, salt, flour and pepper on a plate.
     

  • Dip fish in butter and lemon then roll in the flour mixture.
     

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning half way through baking.
     

  • For a crispier texture place under broiler for the last few minutes of cooking.
