Cooking with Halibut Recipe

Cooking with Halibut Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 Alaska Halibut - about 6oz each, thawed if needed
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 teaspoons minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
  • Lemon Wedges - to garnish


Time: 25 min
Serves: 2

Cooking with Halibut Recipe Instructions:

  • Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic.
     

  • Season halibut steaks on both sides with lemon pepper.
     

  • Place steaks in pan and cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
     

  • Flip steaks halfway through cooking to brown on both sides.
     

  • Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
