Crunchy Garlic Broiled Halibut Recipe Ingredients:- 6 Halibut Steaks - about 6oz each
- 1/3 cup chopped Flat-Leaf Parsley
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 cup Plain Dried Breadcrumbs

Crunchy Garlic Broiled Halibut Recipe Instructions:Preheat broiler. Line baking sheet with foil. In mini food processor, combine parsley, oil, garlic, and 2 tablespoons water; process until finely chopped. Transfer mixture to small bowl. Place halibut on prepared baking sheet; spread each halibut steak with thin layer of parsley mixture; reserve remaining mixture. Broil halibut 4" from heat, 3 minutes. Remove halibut from broiler; leave broiler on. Add breadcrumbs to remaining parsley mixture; stir to combine. Pat an equal amount of breadcrumb mixture onto each halibut steak; broil 3 minutes longer, until halibut flakes easily when tested with fork.
