Recipe Baked Halibut and Zucchini

Recipe Baked Halibut and Zucchini Ingredients:
  • 2 Alaskan Halibut Fillets
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Small Zucchini
  • 1/2 Stick Butter
  • Old Bay Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Time: 20 min
Serves: 2

Recipe Baked Halibut and Zucchini Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
     

  • Shred 1 small zucchini in food processor.
     

  • Melt the butter and pour about 1/2 in the bottom of an ovenproof pan or dish with a very slight dusting of breadcrumbs.
     

  • Mix the rest of the breadcrumbs with the shredded zucchini. Place halibut in pan top with the breadcrumb mixture.
     

  • Season with salt, pepper, and a few sprinkles of old bay seasoning and pour the rest of the butter over the fish.
     

  • Bake in a 450 oven for about 10 minutes. More for thicker pieces. Remove from oven and serve.
