Recipe for Teriyaki Halibut Ingredients:- 4 Halibut Fillets - about 6oz each
- 1/2 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
- 3 teaspoons Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Arrowroot
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Recipe for Teriyaki Halibut Instructions:Coat the halibut in the breadcrumbs, shaking off excess crumbs. In a large skillet heat the olive oil until hot. Sauté the halibut until golden, about 4 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, honey, arrowroot, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Add the sauce to the pan and cover. Allow to simmer for 3-4 minutes until halibut is cooked through and sauce is thickened.
