Herring Soup Recipe

Herring Soup Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 Herring - previously soaked
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 Small Onion - minced
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste


Time: 25 min
Serves: 4

Herring Soup Recipe Instructions:

  • Place milk, water, onion and seasoning in a saucepan. Boil for 10 minutes.
     

  • Cut Herring into small pieces and add to the saucepan.
     

  • Cook until herring is tender.

  • Remember to only add a little salt to fish dishes
