Smoked Mackerel Salad Recipe Ingredients:- 500g Smoked Mackerel Fillets - cut in half lengthways if large
- 4 tablespoons Thick Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Natural Yoghurt
- 1/4 teaspoon French Mustard
- Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 3 Celery Stalks - chopped
- 175g Green Grapes - halved and seeds removed
- 100g Radishes - thinly sliced
- 4 Large Lettuce Leaves
- 1 Punnet Mustard and Cress - to garnish
- 1 Lemon cut into wedges - to garnish

Smoked Mackerel Salad Recipe Instructions:In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, yoghurt and mustard and season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in the celery, grapes and radishes. Put the lettuce leaves on a serving dish. Arrange the mackerel fillets over them, slightly overlapping. Spoon the salad mixture in a line on top of the mackerel. Garnish with the mustard and cress and lemon wedges.
