Stir Fry Sprouts with Monkfish Recipe Ingredients:- 1¼ lb Monkfish - boned, skinned and cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 inch Fresh Root Ginger - peeled and grated
- 3 Spring Onions - sliced
- 3oz Sprouted Aduki Beans
- 2 tablespoons Dry Sherry
- 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chilli Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Puree
- 1 tablespoon Set Honey
- 1 tablespoon Walnut Oil
- Spring Onion - to garnish

Stir Fry Sprouts with Monkfish Recipe Instructions:Heat the oil in a large pan or wok until very hot. Add the ginger and onions and stir fry for 1 minute. Add the monkfish and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the bean sprouts, sherry, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato puree, ground black pepper and honey. Continue to stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the walnut oil and cook for 30 seconds more. Serve immediately, garnished with spring onion.
