Thai Fried Fish Steaks Recipe

Thai Fried Fish Steaks Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 Sea Perch Steaks - about 1/2 lb each
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 slices of Lime
  • Cooking Oil - for frying


Time: 20 min
Serves: 4

Thai Fried Fish Steaks Recipe Instructions:

  • Wash the steaks. Cut so they are about half the size of the palm of the hand. Rub the fish with the salt.
     

  • Fry the fish over medium heat. When done and golden, remove from the oil, place on a dish, squeeze a little lime onto the fish, and serve.
