Cheesy Mushroom Pollock Bake Recipe

Cheesy Mushroom Pollock Bake Recipe Ingredients:
  • 400g Frozen Pollock Fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted Red Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Salad Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 30g Light Mozzarella Cheese - shredded
  • 8 Medium Size Mushrooms - sliced


Time: 35 min
Serves: 4

Cheesy Mushroom Pollock Bake Recipe Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
     

  • Place frozen fish in 13x9-inch baking dish; drizzle with dressing.
     

  • Bake 25 min then top with mushrooms and cheese.
     

  • Bake 5 min or until cheese melts and fish flakes easily with fork.
     

  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
