Lemon Dill Pollock Recipe

Lemon Dill Pollock Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 Pollock Fillets - about 6oz each
  • 1/3 cup minced Fresh Dill
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Garlic Clove - minced
  • Cooking Spray


Time: 40 min
Serves: 4

Lemon Dill Pollock Recipe Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes.
     

  • Remove fish from bag; discard marinade.
     

  • Prepare grill or broiler.
     

  • Place fish on a grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
     

  • Cook for 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
