Pollock Fillets in Garlic Butter Recipe Ingredients:- 4 Pollock Fillets - about 6oz each
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 2 Cloves Garlic - crushed
- 1/4 cup Scallion - thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Pollock Fillets in Garlic Butter Recipe Instructions:Melt butter in a heavy non-stick skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic 1 minute. Add fish, cover pan and reduce heat to low. Cook 3 minutes. Carefully turn fish. Sprinkle with scallion. Cover and continue to cook 2-3 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Drizzle lemon juice over fish.
