| Pollock Fish Recipe | Pollock Fish Recipe Ingredients:- 2 lb Pollock Fillet
- 1¼ cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground White Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 12 fl oz Guinness Beer
- 1 Medium Egg - beaten
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- Oil - for frying

| Pollock Fish Recipe Instructions:Prepare the batter by mixing all the following ingredients, flour, seasoning, spices, beer and eggs Cut the Pollock fillet into 2-3 oz portions. Dip the Pollock in the batter and shake off excess batter. Place the battered fish in the breadcrumbs and pat to coat the fish completely on all the sides. Heat the oil to around 375F, Drop a little bit of batter and if it floats right away, oil is ready Deep fry the prepared fish till beautiful golden color. drain it on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
