Pollock with Rice and Spinach Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2½oz Atlantic Pollock
  • 1 cup White Rice - cooked
  • 1/2 cup Spinach - cooked
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Pepper - to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil


Time: 20 min
Serves: 1

Pollock with Rice and Spinach Recipe Instructions:

  • Cook rice and spinach, roast fish in a pan with 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil.
     

  • Season fish with salt, pepper and thyme.
     

  • Serve.
