Broiled Snapper with Cilantro Sauce Recipe Ingredients:- 4 Red Snapper Fillets - about 7oz each 3/4 to 1-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons Butter - melted
- 1 tablespoon chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Cilantro Sauce: - 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped Shallots

Broiled Snapper with Cilantro Sauce Recipe Instructions:In blender, combine all sauce ingredients; blend on high speed until well mixed. Set aside. In small bowl, combine butter, parsley and lemon juice; mix well. Brush butter mixture over snapper fillets. Place fillets on broiler pan, skin side down. Broil 4 to 6 inches for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve cilantro sauce with snapper fillets.
