Crispy Red Snapper Fillets Recipe Ingredients:- 2 lb Red Snapper Fillets
- 2/3 cup Dry Breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup melted Butter
- 1/4 cup grated Onion
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Thyme
- 1 dash Cayenne Pepper
- Paprika
- Lemon Wedges
- 1 Avocado - sliced

Crispy Red Snapper Fillets Recipe Instructions:Place fish in a single layer, skin side down, in 16 X 10" baking pan. In bowl combine breadcrumbs, butter, onion, chili powder, salt, thyme and pepper. Sprinkle mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 20-25 minutes in 350 oven. Serve with lemon wedges and avocado.
