Recipe for Grilled Red Snapper Fillet Ingredients:- 8 Red Snapper Fillets - about 8oz each and 1-inch thick
- 2 Onions - chopped
- 1/4 lb Butter
- Juice from Lemons
- 2 Cloves Garlic - minced
- 3 tablespoons Spicy Mustard
- Salt and Pepper - to taste

Recipe for Grilled Red Snapper Fillet Instructions:Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add onions and sauté until clear, add garlic, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Place the red snapper fillets on grill turning them frequently while brushing liberally with sauce. Fish is done when inner most area is white and flaky.
