Simple Recipe for Red Snapper

Simple Recipe for Red Snapper Ingredients:
  • 4 Red Snapper Fillets
  • 3/4 cup Low-Fat Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 tablespoon prepared Mustard
  • 1½ teaspoons Dill Weed


Time: 12 min
Serves: 4

Simple Recipe for Red Snapper Instructions:

  • Cut fish into serving-size pieces; place in an un-greased shallow microwave safe dish.
     

  • Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Drain liquid.
     

  • Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, mustard, and dill. Drizzle 1/2 cup of the mixture over the fish.
     

  • Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
     

  • Pour remaining sauce over fish.
