Snapper Recipe

Snapper Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Red Snapper Fillets
  • 2 teaspoons Oil Olive
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dill Weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Large Lemon
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley - chopped
  • Non-stick Pan Spray


Time: 28 min
Serves: 4

Snapper Recipe Instructions:

  • Preheat Oven to 325°
     

  • Spray baking pan with non-stick pan spray. Lay red snapper fillets in pan. Brush with olive oil.
     

  • Sprinkle red snapper with dill weed and black pepper.
     

  • Bake in oven for 20 min or until red snapper flakes when tested with fork in the middle.
     

  • Remove fish from the oven and cover with lemon juice. Sprinkle baked red snapper with chopped parsley and serve.
