Baked Salmon Steak Recipe

Baked Salmon Steak Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 Salmon Steaks - about 2½oz each
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry Whole Dill Weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper


Time: 40 min
Serves: 4

Baked Salmon Steak Recipe Instructions:

  • Rinse steaks thoroughly in cool water then pat dry with paper towels.
     

  • Place steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray and brush with lemon juice.
     

  • Sprinkle proportionately with dill weed, parsley, and pepper.
     

  • Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 to 35 min or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
