Pecan Salmon Recipe Ingredients:- 4 Salmon Fillets - about 6oz each
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoons Honey - plus additional for drizzling
- 1½ cup well-chopped Pecans
- 1½ tablespoons chopped Fresh Parsley
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste

Pecan Salmon Recipe Instructions:Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Mix the olive oil with 3 tablespoons of the honey in a medium-size bowl. Dip each fillet in the honey mixture, and then roll and press it in the pecans. Place in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with the parsley, salt, and pepper. Drizzle a bit more honey over each fillet. Bake for 10 minutes, until the fish flakes with a fork.
