Salmon Casserole Recipe Ingredients:- 8oz Salmon
- 4 cups Bread Cubes
- 1/4 cup Onion - chopped
- 1 cup Celery - diced
- 1/2 cup Green Pepper - chopped
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese - grated
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

Salmon Casserole Recipe Instructions:Butter a shallow 2 quart casserole dish and place half of the bread cubes in the bottom. Flake your salmon and mix together with the onions, celery, green peppers and mayonnaise. Spread salmon mixture over bread crumbs in casserole dish. Beat eggs in a medium bowl and add in milk and mushroom soup. Pour this mixture over the salmon and bread cubes. Top with remaining bread cubes, cover and refrigerate overnight. Before baking spread grated cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
