Salmon Pate Recipe

Salmon Pate Recipe Ingredients:
  • 16oz can Red Salmon
  • 8oz pkg Cream Cheese ( not lite )
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Scallions - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • dash of Pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped Pecans
  • 4 teaspoons finely chopped Scallion Tops


Time: N/A
Serves: 4 - 6

Salmon Pate Recipe Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients except pecans and onion tops. Chill mixture overnight.
     

  • Shape into ball or log and roll in mixture of pecans and scallion tops. Chill to set.
     

  • Serve with crackers.
