Salmon Recipe George Forman Grill

Salmon Recipe George Forman Grill Ingredients:
  • 4oz Salmon Steak
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Splenda Brown Blend
  • 2 teaspoons Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Clove Garlic - crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed Fresh Ginger


Time: 12 min
Serves: 1

Salmon Recipe George Forman Grill Instructions:

  • Mix marinade and soak salmon for 15 minutes.
     

  • Heat contact grill/George Foreman.
     

  • Place fish on grill. Close to seer on both sides until browned, approximately 5 minutes, but watch it closely.
     

  • Place salmon in a microwave-safe dish. Pour some remaining marinade over top to steam the fish in.
     

  • Cover with loose lid or wax paper. Microwave on high for 1 minute to finish cooking.
